His responsibilities may include overseeing BIM workflows and standards, reviewing and coordinating BIM models, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards. You may also provide training and support to BIM team members and stakeholders, as well as collaborate with other departments, such as design, construction, and operations.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of BIM processes and technologies, including 3D modeling, clash detection, and data management. He should also have experience in managing BIM projects, as well as the ability to develop and implement BIM standards and workflows.
