Refund Policy.

Standard Policy for Academic Enrollments

1. General Policy

At VDEI Academy, we strive to ensure our students are fully satisfied with our professional training. However, due to the nature of academic seats and trainer scheduling, we have a specific refund policy.

2. Enrollment Fees

Registration/Enrollment fees are non-refundable as they cover administrative costs and secure your seat in a specific batch.

3. Cancellation Requests

If you wish to cancel your enrollment before the batch starts, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the tuition fee (excluding registration fee) if requested at least 7 days before the course commencement.

4. After Batch Commencement

No refunds will be issued once the batch has officially started. However, in extreme medical or personal emergencies, VDEI Academy may allow a student to transfer their enrollment to a future batch at its sole discretion.

5. Process for Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our administrative office or emailed to support@vdei.in with valid proof of payment and enrollment details.

6. Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 working days from the date of approval and will be credited to the original source of payment.
